The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is excited to announce the second Native Youth Workshop in association with “PIVOT A Skateboard Deck Art” exhibition. This workshop will take place at the IPCC Classroom, the north side of IPCC.

The two Native Co-Curators, Landis Bahe (Dine/Navajo) and Kandis Quam (Zuni Pueblo), along with a few of the Native artists in the exhibition, will be demonstrating and talking about painting skateboards. Victor Corpuz (Laguna Pueblo), Maize Entities, LLC, will be providing the skateboard decks for this workshop.

Space is limited and applications are required. The focus is geared toward Native American students who are of middle school-age (6th – 8th grade). Guidelines and forms for participants are found in the attached packet for copying and dispersal.
