Pueblo Book Club: “Southwestern Pottery”
02:00 pm - 04:00 pm MDT
Tourism and attendance to Pueblo communities, especially on feast days, is an excellent experiential learning opportunity, as well as a revenue potential for local artisans. An item for purchase for either an experienced collector or a first-time buyer, might be a traditional pottery piece. This month’s reading, ‘Southwestern Pottery: Anasazi to Zuni’ (available at the Indian Pueblo Store and online here)., offers a reader insight into the diversity and uniqueness of Pueblo pottery patterns and influences, coupled with exquisite and exceptional photographs of pottery.
This Pueblo Book Club will be offered both online (Zoom) and in person in the Chaco III room at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center at 2pm.
To RSVP for the online meeting, fill out this registration form . We will send you a link and password to join the Zoom webinar. The deadline to register is the day before the event. August 9, 2021 11:59 PM
