Pueblo Baseball Stitching Our Community Together Photo Upload

I, including all names of people featured in photograph listed in the attached form, hereby grant, assign, and transfer to the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center the rights to publish and display any photographs or submitted files in the Pueblo Baseball: Stitching Our Community Together exhibition (March 9-October 27, 2024) on the Pueblo Baseball Community Scrapbook Board. In addition, I grant permission for the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) and Indian Pueblos Marketing, Inc. (IPMI) to use above mentioned materials in all promotions and advertisements in conjunction with this exhibition. I release IPCC / IPMI and their officers and employees and each and all persons involved from liability connected with the photographs and submitted files.

I/We, the designated person(s) listed above, waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, televising, or other publication of this material. I/We also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo taken by IPCC/IPMI or the person or entity designated by it. I release and discharge IPCC/IPMI and their affiliate(s) from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur when publishing and displaying these photographs and submitted files.

I/We declare that I am/We are eighteen (18) years old or older, and I am/We are legally competent to execute this release or that I/We have acquired the written consent of my parent or guardian. I understand that the terms herein are legally binding, and I have voluntarily signed this document.
