This Pueblo Book Club will be offered both online (Zoom) and in person in the Chaco III room at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center at 2pm.
One of the Southwest’s enigmatic past Indigenous civilizations has and continues to challenge what is known of the people who built and inhabited the Chaco Cultural National Historic Park. In Search of Chaco: New Approaches to an Archeological Enigma by David Grant Noble, is an updated interpretation of previous research materials. The series of essays, maps, and perspectives from contributors, including Native thinkers, in an effort to understand the ‘Chaco Phenomenon’. Whether you have visited Chaco or are still planning your first visit, this could be your way to ‘search for Chaco.’
