ADDITIONAL BOOTH INFORMATION & GUIDELINES • IPCC will provide the following for each booth: 1. 7’ x 7’ booth space (size may vary slightly due to building structure) 2. Table signage 3. Identification badges for each artist (including Parent/Guardian) • Adult/Guardian must always be present. • Artists must bring their own table and chair(s). • Artists may bring one umbrella, but no other shade structures are allowed. (IPCC will not provide any umbrellas, even if you forgot one) • Artists must use the assigned space. No trading allowed. • No displays/exhibits in walkways. Sales are not allowed outside the booth area. • Artists and Parent/Guardian should be prepared to move tables and chairs and set up their own booth. Labor may be available to assist but is not guaranteed. • It is the artist’s and Parent/Guardian responsibility to ensure their work is displayed in a manner that protects their artwork and the public from harm. • Artists and Parent/Guardian are required to setup/breakdown during the established times. • Morning check-in: Saturday, July 19th from 8:45am – 9:00am Failure to check-in by 10:00 am may result in the loss of booth space. Booth setup: 9:00am – 9:30am Booth breakdown: 4pm – 5pm • No early breakdown without IPCC staff approval. • Artists and Parent/Guardian are responsible for booth. No representatives allowed. IPCC staff/volunteers are not available to monitor artist booth space at any time. • The Artist and Parent/Guardian must ensure that business cards are prominently displayed on the table if they possess them. • No other person behind the artist booth space but Artists and Parent/Guardian. PRODUCT REGULATIONS • All items for sale must be handmade or handcrafted. • Artwork must be the artist’s original work. Imported, manufactured or mass-produced items will not be allowed. • Artwork must contain a trademark, copyright, stamp or other identifiable marks attributed specifically to the artist. • Artists and Parent/Guardian must accurately represent all materials and methods of artwork for sale. • Stabilized turquoise, human-made or synthetic stones or materials must be disclosed to consumers. • Metal content must be clearly identified and disclosed to the consumer. All silver and gold jewelry must be appropriately stamped. • All pottery for clay items must be signed by carving or painting before firing. • Kachina dolls and imagery are strictly prohibited. Page 3 of 4 • Business cards must have current contact information and must not be handwritten If they possess them. • Artists and Parent/Guardian will issue a sales receipt for every transaction that will include the artist’s name, date and item. • Artists and Parent/Guardian will not accept any payment prior to delivery of item. • IPCC reserves the right to approve all products displayed. One or more persons knowledgeable about Native American arts industry standards will serve as inspectors. Violators will be asked to leave. SECURITY & LIABILITY • IPCC Security will be present during festival hours and overnight. Please call 505-724-3555 to report on any security issues. • Artist and Parent/Guardian must park in the designated “Artist Parking” area. • To the fullest extent allowed by law, artist agrees to waive, discharge claims, and release from liability the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Indian Pueblos Marketing (IPCC/IPMI), its officers, directors, employees, agents and leaders from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries, damages, theft to person and/or items brought into the IPCC/IPMI and surrounding facility grounds. Artist and Parent/Guardian further agree to hold harmless the IPCC/IPMI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and leaders from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by artist’s own negligence while a participant in the 2025 Youth Art Market. Artist and Parent/Guardian understands and intends that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying him/her during the show. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
