Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Seeks Consulting Firm to Conduct Feasibility Study
The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) is a federally-recognized 501(c)3 owned and operated by the 19 Pueblos of New Mexico. The campus mission is to serve as a gathering place where Pueblo culture is celebrated through creative and cultural experiences, while providing economic opportunities to Pueblo and local communities. In order to ensure that we are able to effectively continue our work, IPCC needs funding to expand its current campus to include a 23,000 square foot Makerspace, a Performing Arts Center, a Commercial Kitchen and Commercial Greenhouse, as well as to update the existing facility.
IPCC is seeking a qualified independent consulting firm for the purposes of conducting a feasibility study. Our goal in conducting this feasibility study is to understand what the potential is for a fundraising campaign and to gauge the level of support for this project in our community. We are looking for a partner who is experienced with planning and conducting a fundraising/capital campaign feasibility study and is familiar with the state’s business & philanthropic environment. The plan should assess our current situation, potential fundraising capacity for a campaign and make recommendations on a strategy to maximize our fundraising efforts.
Proposal Submissions due October 15, 2021.
