Steps to request a vendor registration for events at the Avanyu Plaza:

1. Fill out a Vendor Request form (below) for the event you want to register for.
2. If approved, you will receive and email from [email protected] with a registration purchase link.
3. Click the registration link in the email and submit your payment.
4. When you receive payment confirmation, you are registered for that event!

The next event at the Avanyu Plaza will Indigenous Peoples Day, October 14, 2024 from 5-9pm.

• Vendor Fee: $20
• We are seeking handcrafted, original, and local art/products.
• No ready to eat/prepared or hot foods. All food must be pre-packaged.
• Any food and beverage sales are subject to review by staff.

BOOTH INFO:

• Booth size is approximately 10’x10’
• Bring all necessary items for your booth (i.e. tables, chairs, canopies) as IPCC doesn’t provide any of these items.
• Electricity: There are some outlets located in the area, these are available on a first come first serve basis. Please bring extensions cords and power strips.
• Be completely set up and ready by 4:45PM

Policies:

• NO Resale, imports, outsourcing, antiques, non-handmade, consignment, nor product consultation of any kind. No bottled water or non-locally packaged chips, sodas, etc.
• NO franchised companies where sales or fees go to a larger national or parent corporation.
• NO political candidate campaigning or party-specific advocacy
• NO Businesses with Drug, Alcohol sales, and/or Political affiliations
• NO Commercially manufactured lotions and products purchased in bulk that are tinted and scented and resold as handmade.
• NO Products or foods, such as sandwiches, lip balms, cards, etc., that are purchased pre-made from a manufacturer and re-branded and resold as handmade.
• Perform the Services in a professional and skilled manner.
• Be kind and courteous to staff and attendees/visitors.
• This is Federal property and a drug free environment any violators will be escorted off the property and may result in prosecution.
