The Indian Pueblo Store (IPS) and the Indian Pueblo Kitchen (IPK) are two staples of IPCC that have been here since the Center’s opening 50 years ago. In that time, both places have worked to share Pueblo creativity with both visitors and the local Albuquerque community and been committed to authenticity, innovation, and uplifting Pueblo creators.

In this episode, three longtime employees of IPS and IPK give an inside perspective on the two businesses. Andrew Thomas, Channing Concho, and Shannon Rodriguez speak about the changes to the store and the restaurant that they have seen as IPCC has evolved over the years, as well as their commitment to authenticity and creativity in both food and Pueblo art.
